About Me

I have almost 17 years of experience in the IT industry, working onsite. Throughout my career, I’ve worked with different systems, users, and environments, which has helped me develop problem solving skills. My primary responsibilities are managing end to end IT support to users and assisting through email, chat, and remote support using AnyDesk and TeamViewer. I am also the assigned person in managing and maintaining CCTV Cameras nationwide, managing company servers like QuickBooks, HRIS, and Payroll server.

To spend more quality time with my family, I made the difficult decision to leave my job and transition into freelancing. To prepare for this career shift, I joined a 1 month in depth training in Freight and Logistics led by Freight Courses 101. As part of the training process, I was an intern in the brokerage company called GlobalTranz. During this time, I learned how freight processes work in the real-world industry. I’ve developed my skills in truck dispatching, quoting, booking, and accurate data entry in different types of TMS and Loadboards, getting the right freight class, various types of freight modes, and equipment.
